Welcome AP Biology Students!
I am so excited you have decided to join AP Biology for next year! Whether you realize it now or not, we will all become very close and have a wonderful time learning about biology and one another throughtout the upcoming year. I LOVE biology and studying the world around me and I hope to pass this enthusiasm on to you! We will have to work hard and we will all get tired at some point along the way, but I hope we can help one another through this amazing process.
Just a few notes to get you started. If you have not already sent your introductory email, do so ASAP so that I can send you an invitation to join the blog site. Once you are registered you may begin posting pictures and comments at anytime. There will be more instructions on pictures in the near future but for now you can look back at my archived posts from 2009 for instructions and some of the entries my students from last year made. These may give you an idea of what I am looking for with the pics. The most important thing is to be sure to explain your picture- not just post a word that describes it. But more on that later.....
Last thing I want to say is PLEASE use this site! I set it up so that you can share cool biology experiences with your classmates and me. Post pictures, questions, stories or any news you want to share. I am super excited and looking forward to the summer and upcoming year!
